Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi, polegającej na dokonaniu przewozu zwłok oraz zorganizowaniu pochówku dla osób, wobec których organem zobowiązanym do pokrycia kosztów pogrzebu jest Gmina Łask (zgodnie z Uchwałą Nr VIII/60/2019 Rady Miejskiej w Łasku z dnia 03 kwietnia 2019 r. w sprawie ustalenia zasad sprawiania pogrzebu na koszt Gminy Łask oraz określenia zasad zwrotu wydatków na pokrycie kosztów pogrzebu.)
