Polecenie Wojewody Łódzkiego

Na podstawie art. 11 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 2 marca 2020 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 374) w celu zapobiegania rozprzestrzenianiu się choroby zakaźnej COVID-19 wywołanej wirusem SARS-CoV-2

polecam

czasowe zawieszenie działalności, na terenie województwa łódzkiego, w terminie od dnia 26 marca 2020 r. do dnia 10 kwietnia 2020 r. w:

a) placówkach wsparcia dziennego;
b) centrach integracji społecznej;
c) klubach integracji społecznej;
d) dziennych domach i klubach seniora;
e) środowiskowych domach samopomocy;
f) warsztatach terapii zajęciowej.

Zgodnie z art. 11 ust. 1 ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych wojewoda może wydawać polecenia obowiązujące wszystkie organy administracji rządowej działające w województwie i państwowe osoby prawne, organy samorządu terytorialnego, samorządowe osoby prawne oraz samorządowe jednostki organizacyjne nieposiadające osobowości prawnej w związku z przeciwdziałaniem COVID-19. Polecenia podlegają natychmiastowemu wykonaniu.
